This caller left a harassing message on my home phone number and said I had 24 hours to contact them back, that they would be serving me with papers between 9 - 2 today. They have obtained my sister's cell number who is an amputee and in a nursing home and have continued to harassed her with numerous phones calls and threats. I do not know how they obtained her cell phone number or my home phone number. When I called them back I got a man who advised this was a matter from 1994 and the papers would be served and I had better be home to receive them. I attempted to let them know I was returning their call and he begin screaming and claiming I called him. I have never heard of these people and would like to know my legal options in this situation. Called pretending that we had spoken a few months ago and that, had I taken his advice and bought some stock or such with the name Hong Kong something, I would now be filthy rich. He tried to sound really busy and say he understood if I didn't remember because he had called so long ago. I told him I knew he was lying to me, and he got very agitated and said he was tearing up my file.

Don't no who this is and why he is calling said something about a online loan which I know I paid I think.

Call several times a day and never leave a message. This is straight up abusive. I think I'll just block all calls coming from this number on the phone server.

Called both my home and my work saying he was with the FBI and it was an emergency that I call him back. Does not give a badge number and tells different stories of where he is calling from. Wants money and is threatening. This is a scam DO NOT CALL BACK!!!
